THE MIKE KAUS

I can’t remember the last time it wasn’t snowing.  It’s literally been snowing for days here in Ohio, and we have about 2 feet of accumulation.  Sidewalks are covered with plowed snow and I’ve been walking the dogs in the streets.  I’m sure they miss a nice, green lawn, and I’m starting to feel the same way.

Anyway, to get back that summer feeling, I decided to grill up a couple of ribeyes. I wasn’t crazy enough to go outside… but I did end up with some fantastic results that brushed off the cabin fever:

I used the Lodge Logic Pre-Seasoned Square Grill Pan, which was recommended to me by another griller, and it was fantastic.  Great Flavor, and perfect grill marks.  It felt like summer for a while there thanks to this pan.  I normally don’t go pimping products, but I figured maybe some of you might want to shake off the winter blues.
